LFAC loved participating in the Children's Cancer Network's Run to Fight Children's Cancer event and cheering on participants in the Cancer Survivor's Walk! It was a great day of support, celebration, and sharing information about the Leukemia Foundation for Arizona's Children with participants.

LFAC's 50th Anniversary Celebration

In 2022, the Leukemia Foundation for Arizona's Children celebrated its 50th anniversary! The Golden Jubilee celebration honored the support LFAC has provided to over 12,000 individuals, raising over $1 Million in financial assistance for children diagnosed with leukemia and their families since its founding in 1972 by Sr. Madonna Marie Bolton, RSM.

The Leukemia Foundation for Arizona's Children recently held a recognition and retirement party for Sister Madonna. This event recognized her more than 40 years of service to the Foundation. Sister Madonna was a founder of LFAC in 1972. ​
